We discovered that the house we bought 3 months ago, wouldn't heat. We wanted a second opinion so had mountain air come out. Where they exceeded my expectations was that they came after hours and did not charge us the full fee because we have a very young infant at home and they're priority was making sure we had heat overnight. They also brought a space heater so that the baby wouldn't be cold overnight. Their technicians were polite and hard working to get us heat before our kids went to bed.

I just had my AC unit fixed at my condo (where my ac unit it on the roof), and Mountain Air was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the people I spoke with on the phone to the technician who came out, everyone was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially with my chaotic schedule. They made the entire process so easy, and most importantly, my AC is fixed and working perfectly!
