FAQS
Peak Program
We strongly recommend renewal to keep your equipment running efficiently and avoid costly surprises. But you’re not obligated—it’s your choice.
Absolutely. We send friendly email reminders when it’s time for your scheduled maintenance. You’ll never have to keep track or worry about forgetting.
Yes, you will still be responsible for repair costs. However, as a Peak Program member, you’ll receive 15% off parts and labor on covered equipment, and you’ll also enjoy priority scheduling. Maintenance helps prevent many issues, but it doesn’t eliminate the need for repairs entirely. During your tune-up, our expert technicians may identify potential concerns and offer proactive repair suggestions.
We recommend servicing your furnace in the fall and your air conditioner in the spring. However, you’re welcome to schedule both services at the same time during one visit if that works better for your schedule.
The agreement covers both the heating and cooling systems as a package, including all the added benefits like priority scheduling and discounts. If only one system is covered and the other breaks down, those benefits don’t apply. To eliminate confusion and maximize your savings, the program is offered as a complete package.
